And I couldn't be happier! 12 years and 4 major releases after it's release it seems to finally be losing it's hold on China where an interesting intersection of government and internet has lead to a great number of people pirating the same exact copy of Windows XP and never updating anything.

Personally I'm less affected since under 7% of my visitors are on IE in general and only about 1 in 5000 of those are using anything less than IE8 so I don't officially support those platforms even as I try to make my website as cross-browser friendly as possible. IE8 seems to still have a decent hold but there's a hopeful trend of Chrome becoming more popular and IE6 is declining steadily :D
