While I can't really claim credit for all of the awesomeness on the site, I wanted to recommend them anyway. Jobsuitors uses a personality profile to match you up with potential employers. It's like OKCupid but for finding jobs, not mates. They even provide you with a compatibility score like OKC which is huge for data nerds like me.
